This event add-on is required for any birthday party or group gathering and helps cover additional use, setup, and wear on the space. Includes: • Use of backyard, pool, and seating areas for your group • Flexibility for food, cake, and gifts • Family-friendly environment perfect for kids’ parties Important: • Max 15 guests total (including adults & children) • STRICT 5-car limit in driveway (no street parking) • Additional guests must carpool (Kroc Center nearby works great) • This is not a space for loud or rowdy parties This event add-on is required for any birthday party or group gathering. • $200 includes up to 2 hours • Additional time is $50/hour Includes use of kitchen, backyard, pool, and seating areas for your group.
