Large event props and furnishings and/or vendors Involvement such as bartenders or entertainment; up to and including larger-than two foot tall marquis-style letters and numbers potentially requiring a pick-up trucks and/or larger vehicles to deliver equipment and props/decorations require a one-time fee of $250.00 which inclides 15 minutes extra (non-swim) set-up at the begining and another 15 minute (non-swim) breakdown grace period at the conclusion.
