As we step into our 5th year of hosting on Swimply, we’re delighted to share our space with you—affectionately nicknamed “ATL’s Hidden Gem Pool” by many of our guests. Since we began, we’ve had the pleasure of hosting more than 300 guests over the last few years for gatherings as unique as they are memorable. If you’re new here, we’ve outlined the highlights below, but feel free to DM us with any questions, recommendations, or ideas. We can’t wait to host you! ☺️ THE AMENITIES YOU HAVE ACCESS TO: - Beautiful space for up to 15 guests - Onsite host or my wonderful house manager - Heated saltwater pool - Jacuzzi spa - Firepits and outdoor heaters - Hibachi grill, charcoal grill, and outdoor pizza oven - Covered Poolside dining (for up to 24) - Poolside sectional, chaise loungers and oversized egg chairs - Covered patio with ceiling fan and dining table for six - Full-size outdoor fridge - Bluetooth speaker - Private restroom for guest convenience - Plenty of free street parking - Private entrance for easy access - Location: (in Chosewood Park) Just five minutes from Zoo Atlanta/ Grant Park, and close to I-75 and I-20 OPTIONAL INDOOR SPACE For an additional $150/hour, enjoy access to our indoor space “Glass View Room” which is climate controlled and equipped withWiFi, Smart TV, and Coffee maker. WEATHER FLEXIBILITY We know weather can be unpredictable. While refunds aren’t available outside of Swimply’s 3-day cancellation window, we offer: - A one-time date change request with a 72-hour notice before your reservation(subject to our calendar availability) A FEW HOUSE RULES - Additional time needed for your set-up and breakdown (including for decor/catering) must be included in your reservation. - Gatherings must respect our neighbors and cannot exceed max guest count (no ticketed events) - Loud music, including DJs, personal speakers or mics are not permitted.
