About the pool

Extra large pool 40 ft long, 10 ft deep, with shallow end 3 ft - 3.5 ft deep, great for kiddos and wading! Multiple seating and lounge areas, cabana, large covered area with 2 six foot dining tables, and plenty of fun floaties & toys! Private dedicated bathroom for guests with exterior entry by pool. There is a shaded seating area at all times of day. Pool is heated to 79-83 degrees, with some notice we can heat it more for as an upgraded amenity (it’s a giant pool, takes some time! Inquire to confirm) Shallow end is usually warmer. Lots of fun stuff for kiddos: Basketball hoop, volleyball net, goggles, infant float, toddler swim vest x2, dive rings, kick boards, toys & more! Hot tub unavailable at this time, hope to change that soon😊

Food/Drink: Absolutely no glass allowed in the pool area! If you have wine bottles etc, we ask you keep them in the covered deck area and pour into cups. Kindly clean up after your group, there is recycling/trash bin provided but please take with you any diapers & larger items like pizza boxes/catering containers. Safety: Children must always be supervised please be careful in the pool area and use common sense - no rough play, running, diving etc. We require at least one adult in the pool ...
