Cancun-style heated pool with waterfall & pool basketball hoop. Quiet neighborhood. Patio deck, tiki bar (BYOB), two patio tables with umbrellas, cannonball board, hammock, pool toys. Shallow end 3ft, deep end 9.5 ft (no adult diving). Seating for about 15. Pool area can comfortably have around 15 people or so (groups over 15 need to be approved). I have been a pool operator and lifeguard in Montgomery County for many years. Pool maintenance is super-clean and very consistent. 1/2 bath (small) rear private access also kept very clean and disinfected after each reservation.

Pets are allowed. 1 pet limit if in the pool (filters get clogged otherwise depending on the breed). Cans and plastic only on deck and patio (no glass). Kid parties are welcome but no glitter or streamers (they also clog the filters). An adult needs to be present to supervise children (I shouldn't have to say that but I have had kids dropped off with no adults before). Small adult parties (10-15 max) are OK. No more than 15.
