Towels

Color coordinated towels to match umbrellas can be requested at booking and made available in qty(s) of 6 at booking.

Speakers

Bose Speaker with remote avaialble at booking. Explicit music/content is prohibited. Derogatory or offensive material will immediately terminate rental w/o refund. Sound/volume is limited during courtesy hours of 8-10pm.

Pool Toys

Variety of Pool Floats available upon request at booking. Floats will be set out by host before rental begins.

WiFi

Wi-Fi Password will be shared with Renter 15 mins prior to start of Rental.

Playground

Swing set and slide on premise for ages 7 & under, supervised use. Swing set isn’t tethered down to allow for mowing. Please use carefully and at your own risk.

Fire Pit

2 Fire Pits (logs) are situated just outside the gated pool area. They may be removed for added space at renters request.

Shower

Access to a shower is located in the basement bathroom. The bathroom is accessible from the pool area via a stairway that connects to the homes basement. The room (Not Bathroom) leading to the bathroom is visible by camera.

Tri-Pod

For great picture taking, has Bluetooth shutter. Selfie stick also available instead.
