About the pool
No Pets, please! Be on time, your time starts and ends as scheduled. Come spend the afternoon or evening in our heated hot tub. We offer a Club House with a big screen TV and chairs for your comfort if you choose that amenity (extra charge). We have two layout chairs and normal sit-down chairs. We offer a gas fire pit w/ a concrete bench that sits up to 8. For the nighttime, we offer colored lights in the hot tub & colored lighting & tiki torches. This rental is for the HOT TUB ONLY! Please No Smoking!

No PETS, please! Be on time, your time starts and ends as scheduled. Please use swimsuit attire and we ask that you don't swim in your clothes. Using the club house? Bring your own alcohol. You are welcome to bring your own music (bluetooth or boombox) but please consider our neighbors. We ask that you use the resident restroom and not urinate in the hot tub. Please be respectful to neighbors, It means no loud noise and vulgar language outside. .
