Fun Family Pool with lots of amenities!!

Winter season: The pool is only 50°. If you would like it heated, it takes three days please book in advance. Summer Season: The pool temperature runs between 75° and 80° depending on the weather. If you would like it warmer please see our amenities. Please know that it does take three days to fully heat. We have many Floaties to just hang out in the pool or play basketball/volleyball with your friends and family. We have a Bluetooth speaker, a large hang out space under the patio with a tv, and a fire pit area. We have great neighbors that are not bothered by music or laughter. We have a side entrance for guest to walk in and use the restroom. We have a lot of street parking and we provide 10 parking passes. If more are needed, please see our amenities. A 30 minute end warning will be given for all parties, restrooms will be shut down 10 mins prior to all party bookings. POOL RULES: Please watch your kids and don’t let them swim alone Please leave on time You must clean up after yourself. When using the restroom, please dry off before entering the home. The restroom entrance will be locked 10 minutes before the booking is over. Friday - Saturday: All parties over 30 must be finished by 10:00 PM unless approved before hand by the host. Sundays: All parties must be finished by 9:00 PM unless approved by host.
