The pool deck is fully equipped with: 1 four-seat table ✅ 3 bar deck tables with 2 stools each ✅ Patio seats included with every booking! ✅ Whether you're planning a Sweet 16, wedding, birthday bash, photoshoot, or a chill floating brunch, we’re here to help make your event unforgettable! 🎈 Please be accurate with your guest count so we can plan ahead for parking. driveway can comfortably hold up to 20 cars. For liability reasons, being honest about your guest count is a must. Guest house access requires a signed waiver, and please note—we’re often booked back-to-back, so there is NO grace period for arrival or departure. PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT 📣 We do NOT allow promo parties! 🚫 NO party promoters—period.
