Heated Pool

Pool will be heated whenever booked. Temperature will be set at 81 degrees F or 27 degrees C minimum during summer months . Any higher up to 88 degrees F or 31 degrees C at extra charge.

Fire Table

Fire table is situated underneath gazebo. It is complementary (no charge) and serves as a coffee or drinks table. It’s quite large 4ftx4ft. If flame feature or heat is required let us know so glass shield can be installed.

Fire pit is available. Guests are required to bring supply own firewood.

KIDS Splash Pad

11ftx11ft circular splash pad perfect for lil kiddies to have fun in without the worry about the depth of pool. Splash pad will be placed on patio.

BBQ grill will be cleaned and available for usage. Grill is natural gas.

This is a standing patio heater. Give off good heat on those cold nights.

Higher Pool Temperature Summer Months

Pool is set at 83 degrees F or 29 degrees C for bookings. Temperatures up to 88 degrees F or 32 degrees C available with ample notice to heat up.
