Cleaning/property deposit

This deposit is mandatory and must be added to your booking for any events that will include decorations, food services or any other setup brought in from the renter. Fee must be paid in-person. We will not allow renter to enter property unless this amenity is paid. Again this is for renters that will bring food and/or setup decorations and such. Cleaning fee will be returned 2 days after we verify the property is returned in the condition it was before entering property.
