Welcome to Your Private Pool & Spa Escape! This newly renovated space offers a perfect blend of luxury & comfort. Clarington's MOST INCLUSIVE luxury location with a beautiful heated pool complete with a natural stone waterfall, swim-up bar stools, shallow and deep end. Your hourly fee INCLUDES a private restroom with flushing toilet, wet bar, 3 bar fridges, private changeroom, an Air Conditioned Bunkie, (with couch, television - a perfect escape for little ones, teens and anyone needing A/C), and a covered deck with firetable amenity. Ready to warm it up? With an additional fee, unwind in one or BOTH of the steamy SPA or HOT TUB amenities, heated for the ultimate relaxation experience! -POOL SAFETY: all guests who need a floatation aid/ lifejacket MUST wear it at all times within the pool area and surrounding stone deck. Proper swimwear is required, NO food or eating in the pool. Entry is through the side gate. Driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. -Smoking is permitted outdoors and in the back yard only. NO smoking allowed inside any outbuildings, and please ensure all cigarette butts are disposed of in designated containers. -Alcohol is permitted in moderation; however, unsafe or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Intoxicated guests may be asked to leave, and in some cases, the event may be ended. Let’s keep things fun—for everyone. -Music: A small Bluetooth speaker is allowed. NO large speakers, karaoke equipment, or DJs are permitted, zero exceptions to respect our neighbours. Music should not be heard inside homes, or need to raise their voices. All bylaw fines incurred will be the responsibility of the booking party. -All garbage is guest's responsibility -Guest Count/Party Crashers: all guests must be included in your reservation.
