Royal Oak neighborhood near Northwood Elementary. This listing is for those looking to practice swimming, relaxing, and playing. In order to maintain the neighborhood vibe we do not host parties.

ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS on the property. Acrylic pitchers, cups and serving dishes are available for transfer at the gate. Excessive drinking not tolerated. Social Drinking allowed. NO smoking weed (don't want the smell) NO vaping THC (don't want the smell)
