About the pool

Outdoor
NIce 30 by 14 rectangular pool with a 5 1/2 foot deep end as well as a 7 by 14 foot tanning bed. Stamped concrete and patio areas surrounding the pool with 4 lounge chairs and 3 table sets with 6, 4, and 6 chairs each Additionally, there is an outdoor furniture area that seats approximately 6. In the spring/fall, we use the pool heat pump to maintain a temperature around 80 to 84 degrees. In the summer, we do not run the heat pump.

ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS IN OR NEAR THE POOL! Now, a few other things...
1. Please dry yourself before entering the residence to use the restroom.
2. Please keep any music "neighbor" friendly.
3. Please adhere to the agreed hours. We can not allow guests to stay later because of a late start.
4. If coming from the beach, please rinse/brush sand off of your body before going into the pool.
