This pool offers many unique options to make your visit unique and enjoyable! Enjoy pool time in this private setting in the Old Jamestown area on 3 beautiful partially secluded acres. Larger parties can enjoy spreading out on the sprawling space for yard games and picnicking. You might also get a special treat from the local wildlife, Hawks, Eagles, Geese and Deer have been known to saunter across the yard to say hello. The fenced yard includes a grassy shaded area. Plenty of seating & umbrellas. This salt-water Pool is 4’ deep in all areas. Rental includes pool basketball hoop, some floaties, 3 pool umbrellas, 2 loungers, tables and chairs. ALL GUEST WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN WAIVERS- Please see QR code in the photos for a copy of the waiver. Each guest will receive a bracelet after No guest are allowed on the property without an event bracelet. We have partnered with some local metaphysical healers to offer, Reiki, Yoga, Sound Bath and Massages pool-side. Make it relaxing spa experience or even a SUPER romantic date night! Some add-ons available for an additional charge New Propane Gas Grill & tools Blue Tooth Speaker Heat to 80 degrees in cooler months Cool to 92 degrees on warmer days Wi-fi Inflate-A-bull for guests up to 200 lbs Child’s pool slide for children up to 100lbs Birthday party, Pride Party, Fiesta party decorations Massage, Reiki, Yoga, Intuitive readings or Sound baths can available. Additional guest exceeding 25 with be $8 per person per hour. Groups of more than 15 can message the owner with event info for consideration. Groups of 20 or more will be REQUIRED to include Security as part of their package. A Security officer will be on the grounds during your booking to make sure the rules are being adhered to. The cost is $75 per hour paid in advance by the booking party. The yard/pool area is 100 percent smoke-free, vape-free, no fire-arms, no nudity, fireworks or 420 usage allowed.
