Spacious backyard with covered patio that contains a 65 inch smart tv on the wall for you tube , netflix, streaming, spectrum, you name it. String lights around the yard and icicle lights on patio, with trees and palm trees surrounding the yard. Also restroom outside available… WILL PROVIDE TABLES AND CHAIRS FOR UP TO 30 PEOPLE FOR FREE!!!!!. I have an extra table for cake or gifts etc. I also have a small and extra large ice chest for you to use for free…

NO SMOKING allowed in the whole backyard, if u need to smoke a cigarette please walk to the front drive way, side walk area please…Dry yourself before entering the restroom. Restroom outside for your convenience….Also clean up after the fun. Two big large bins for trash n recycling, easy clean up….Please limit running around the pool. Children that dont know how to swim must be supervised by direct parent. No lifeguard on duty. Also no under age drinking.
