Guest Information & Neighborhood Courtesy To help us continue hosting events in our residential neighborhood, all guests must follow the rules below: Neighborhood Respect * Please respect our neighbors at all times. * No loitering or hanging out in the front yard, driveway, sidewalk, or in front of neighboring homes before, during, or after the event. * Guests should enter the venue promptly upon arrival and leave the property immediately when the event has ended. * Please encourage guests to schedule their Uber, Lyft, or other rides in advance to minimize waiting outside after the event. * Loitering on or around the property, neighboring yards, driveways, or sidewalks may result in complaints from neighbors and could lead to police response. Trash & Cleanliness * Do NOT take trash, bottles, cans, cups, or other waste outside of the venue. * Garbage and recycling containers are provided for your convenience. Please dispose of all trash before leaving. * Do not litter. Throwing trash on the street, neighboring lawns, or surrounding properties is strictly prohibited. Ticketed Events * For ticketed events, guests are strongly encouraged to avoid selling tickets or checking in large numbers of attendees outside the property, as crowds gathering in front of the home can disturb neighbors and create safety concerns. * Large groups waiting outside the venue may result in the event being interrupted/ended We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for both our guests and our neighbors.
