We have a nice gas grill so you can cook a meal for you and your family & friends ( Premium amenity please make sure to add). This is a modern brand new backyard with a saltwater pool system. Our picturesque backyard was created to make you feel the resort experience. It is the perfect location for guests of all ages to enjoy. HOUSE RULES NO MORE THAN 10 GUESTS TOTAL(that includes every child, adult and pets) EVERY GUEST MUST BE REGISTERED. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ONLY BRING THE NUMBER OF GUESTS YOU PAID FOR. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PAY FOR ALL YOUR GUESTS YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE. Thank you DO NOT CHANGE THE BOOKING TO ADD MORE GUESTS LAST MINUTE - this must be agreed between me and you. - Please be respectful of our property and treat it as if it were your own home. - Adult supervision is required at all times while children are in the pool. No lifeguards on duty. - No lingering/loitering in the front of the house during your gathering. - Coolers must be emptied and left clean. - Please ensure to clean up after yourself and your guests. Additional cleaning fee may apply. - No firearms or weapons of any type or style allowed on our property. - No glass bottles by the pool
