Please note that the pool is being provided as-is. It is sparkling clean and well serviced. However, the landscaping has not yet been completed after the winter season, and some trees are still shedding.

ONLY USE SWIMMERS NO PAMPERS. Swimmers are available for $4 if u forget to bring it.
If I am home, always feel free to halo me if you need something urgent.
I am also happy to provide hot or cold water if needed.
I take great pride in my pool. i run a quick clean plus skim it after each use. Kindly understand I can not always be in control of bugs that fly in and the occasional leaves . We do have a lot of trees.
