About the pool
This is the spot to come host a kid's birthday party or to simply have some family time! The 30ft x 18ft In-ground pool is heated by solar panels and offers a basketball hoop, swim toys, propane BBQ, fire pit area, Duke's "Construction Site" area for digging and moving rocks, 2 swim jackets for toddlers, 2 life jackets for youth(up to 85 lbs & upon request) and a plethora of different toys & floats for both in and out of the water fun. There is an outdoor patio with seating for 6, a covered area for some shaded rest, and a couch and table to lounge at. We would love to host your next party or family reunion.

-Children under the age of 7, must have an adult in the water with them & be within arms reach at all times.
-Infants & children not potty trained, MUST wear swim diaper.
