While we do offer to heat the pool for a fee, it naturally sits at 84 degrees
When in the pool area you are in complete privacy, not a single neighbor’s home is in sight!
*Accessible by boat, 3 minute walk from community riverfront. Boat parking available.
We can fully accommodate those who cover for religious reasons. Plans can be made so that no men will be on the property before and during booking.
Those under 21 years of age are not permitted to drink or smoke on the property.
For insurance and monetary purposes, you must book for the exact amount of people that will be in attendance. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking. You may edit the amount of attendees any time before and during your booking.
If there is any fighting, loud arguing or any out-of-control behavior, your booking will be cancelled and you will be refunded.
Please pick up after your furry friends.
Please watch over your small children. Jumping onto provided floaties is a huge liability and will not be tolerated. If you need assistance with children, please choose the lifeguard option.
Please don’t let your furry friends jump onto or play with provided floaties/pool toys. Customers are more than welcome to bring their own. Dogs may not enter the hot tub.
If you’re looking to end your booking past 9PM, with a maximum ending time of 11PM, we might be able to accommodate you for an extra fee. Please inquire.
