Welcome to Real Vibes! The Backyard. We look forward to hosting your special event and creating an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. Our 40’ x 16’ pool features a beach-entry on one end and reaches 6’3” at its deepest point. It is child-friendly and includes a built-in ledge for added safety and comfort. The pool house offers: • Air-conditioned seating area with TV • Wet bar with full-size refrigerator • Full bathroom with shower • Additional half bath Our outdoor kitchen provides ample space for gathering and entertaining. Please Note: The main house and two-story units are not included in the rental. Arrival & Parking • Upon arrival, all guests will receive a wristband. Wristbands indicate the number of attendees covered under your booking and the price tier selected. • All guests must park alongside the wooden fence after entering the gate. Pool Safety Rules • No lifeguard is on duty. All children must be supervised by an adult at all times. • Babies must wear swim diapers. • Non-swimmers must wear a swim vest or arm floats. • No glass is allowed in or near the pool. Please use paper or plastic cups only. • No food or drinks are permitted inside the pool. • Absolutely no glitter or confetti anywhere on the property (including balloons). Property Guidelines • The fire pit area is designed for a calm, peaceful atmosphere. Please do not remove gravel stones or bring them into the pool area. • Leave the property in the same condition as you found it. • Be sure to book enough time for setup, breakdown, and cleanup. Our schedule runs back-to-back with no grace period. Conduct & Restrictions • We reserve the right to ask any unruly, intoxicated, or problematic guests to leave the property. • Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited, including those kept in vehicles. • Party promoters are not permitted.
