Our backyard features a privacy fence with a large rectangular pool with a sun ledge and lots of steps, great for tanning or small children. The saltwater pool is heated and always ready to swim. The deck is spacious for sun sitting and has a cozy couch under the large cabana. There is a water hoop for hours of fun. The private pool bathroom is available for guests. A small fridge/freezer is available for guests to keep your drinks and popsicles cold. This is a family friendly neighborhood home. Small parties and low key gatherings only. We are excited to share our space with you.

2 diapers. All children not potty trained are required to wear designated swim diapers. If you do not bring your own, I will provide 2 diapers and this must be added as an additional amenity.

Pool Rules 1. Please be respectful of our home and leave our property the way you find it upon arrival. 2. No glass or eating inside the pool. 3.
