A hidden oasis awaits you with views of the Olympics, the valley, and as far as the eye can see! This 85-degree, heated, 40K gallon pool has a 3.5-foot side with a gentle slope to 9 feet on the deep end. Floaties and towels are part of this great package deal, along with the 104-degree hot tub that seats 10-12 guests. Giant Jenga and Cornhole await as well.

Our newest premium amenity is the Fire Magic grill, complete with spatulas and tongs for your convenience (please leave them behind for others to enjoy). For enhanced flavor, premium hardwood pellets—featuring a blend of hickory, cherry, oak, and maple—are available to suit all your grilling needs. And with a natural gas connection, you can cook with confidence knowing you’ll never run out of fuel before your meal is finished.

For extra entertainment, add the pool table, arcade games, and darts. The fire table adds extra ambiance for those sunset vibes.

Pool table, arcades, and darts! Oh My!

This 3-slate Connelly pool table has 9 pool sticks. We also have 2 arcade games and a dartboard! Please treat these items as if they were your own. An adult needs to be with kids 12 and under. No rough play, and please make sure the darts hit the dart area. Happy playing!

There is not a lifeguard at this site. Please stay with your children who cannot swim in the shallow side of the pool. Life vests will be available. Please do not run around the pool. No glass around the pool. Instructions will located with the gas BBQ and gas table top. Please clean up afterward so everyone may enjoy this beautiful space that we want to share. The basketball court is available for use. Please do not throw the ball into the neighbor's yard.
