Security Canera is present but can be turned off. Residents can be told to give privacy with notice and approval to clear the space. Music is OK but should be respectful of neighbors.No filming or organized activities without approval as well as add on amenity for that kind activity. The pool is dog friendly but this is not a dog park. There are areas of my yard and often gardening supplies and tools that I am working with in other spaces that wandering dogs aren’t good for. Pets are welcome ...
