Gated, secure and quiet, this beautiful home and pool is situated on a park-like half acre with mature trees and gardens. Brand new pool and spa with outdoor hot shower creates a spa-like feel. Premium ozone filtration system provides soft, silky water with much less chlorine. You may have access to the home's bathroom. Please also enjoy the outdoor BBQ, pizza oven, bocce ball court, ping-pong table and patio with teak table (seats 10) and firepit (seats 15). Access to home's indoor gourmet kitchen available for an additional charge. Only pool and water-safe guests allowed, please. Also, please clean up after yourselves. No pets. Thank you! We host events: birthday parties, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, showers, small weddings, and family reunions and can recommend caterers and a florist. Outside vendors allowed.
