This booking includes full access to the outdoor space—pool, hot tub, and surrounding grounds—along with select indoor areas including the living room, dining room, and an additional bathroom (bedrooms are not included). Set alongside a seasonal creek, you will hear the gentle sound of flowing water from late fall through mid-summer — timing varies depending on the rainy season. Ideal for photoshoots, small corporate meetings, birthdays, and intimate gatherings, the space offers a calm, design-forward setting with complete privacy and no visible neighbors. Please note: the pool is solar heated (April–October), meaning the water temperature follows the outdoor temperature (warm days = warmer water, cooler days = cooler water). Looking for just the pool?
