Pool (heated for extra fee) (12x27) with 2 built in benches for lounging and a 6x6 hot tub with a waterfall. The pool also has 3 deck jets on the side of the pool (shooting in the pool) and 2 bubblers on the custom designed staircase covered in starfish. With an umbrella holder located in the center. Which we can provide for you to use free of charge. Lounge chairs all around the pool area for a resort like feeling. The hot tub can be heated (contact host for more info) with travertine around the hot tub for those hot summer days. You don’t need to heat the hot tub if you don’t want to simply use it as another lounging area. We do provide pool floats free of charge for you to use with rental. We’ll only provide a limited amount of pool towels. We ask if you need more then the provided amount please, bring your own. The pool is located in a fenced backyard (privacy fence) home is empty most the time however, this reservation is only for the backyard area and the outside restroom equipped with a outside shower. located in the backyard (tan building) *Please do not arrive to the home earlier then your scheduled time. Your reservation can be cancelled if you show up early. We do rent the house privately and use it personally. If you need time to set up please take the into account when booking. If the gate is locked you will not be given the code until your reservation start time.
