The Halloween Party House: Pool, Hot Tub & Spooky Bash Setup

Welcome to the Halloween Party House — our Thousand Oaks backyard, ready for your spooky-season bash. Past Halloween parties here have gone all out: orange, black, and purple balloon arches and garlands, glowing pumpkin lanterns, pumpkin candy buckets, black candelabras down a purple sequin runner on the banquet table, a hanging skeleton, Slimer, and Jack Skellington keeping watch over the festivities. The DJ booth keeps the music going under string lights, and after dark the pool lights up in full color. The venue itself is built for big parties: a large chlorine pool with a deep diving area, a relaxing hot tub, and a 19,000 sq. ft. lot with a cabana, outdoor TV, and a big grassy lawn with room for canopies and large gatherings. For parties over 10, we set out tables and chairs to fit your group (up to 30 chairs and 4 tables), plus a food table under the gazebo, a snack table, and two large coolers — just bring ice. Made for daytime kids' costume parties and grown-up nighttime poolside bashes alike. All ages and pets welcome, up to 100 guests, private self check-in, private restroom, and parking for up to 20 cars on site.
