Cary Private Tanning Sundeck, Forested Party Deck Venue, Event Space

This sunny private deck outside around the back of our house is available for sunbathing, socializing, gathering, hosting events, parties, or relaxing. A secluded forest surrounds you in privacy but allows full sun from mid April-October. Be on the lookout for deer and other wildlife wandering through the yard alongside the stream, and at night you'll hear owls hooting. Sundeck is extremely private in its location and screened on all sides by trees & sunbathers often ask via message if clothing optional tanning is OK, and it is. If that's all you want to use the space for (for example not a group event) send a message in chat for a tanning discount code, as that's been popular with guests here. Deck size is 16 x 34 feet, 600 sq ft. Cary suburbs on 3/4 acres. At night the space is lit by dozens of string lights for a festive atmosphere in the woods. Overhead spotlights also available. A full spa-like bathroom with glass shower is downstairs from the deck adjacent to the indoor family room; it's included. Additional optional paid add-ons include gas grill, outdoor hot tub/cold plunge (we can turn the temp down in summer), screen porch +ceiling fan (16 x 16 feet =256 sq ft) on same level as the deck. Downstairs is an adjacent indoor game room with upgrades such as pinball and billiards. Free wifi. Furniture for your use: 2 sun loungers, 4 dining chairs & dining table, 2 wood benches + 2 wood chairs, 4 Adirondack chairs, side table and beverage cart. Lower patio: table + 2 chairs.
