Hot Tub

The hot tub is the life of the party in this backyard oasis. It takes about 30 minutes to heat, so please give sufficient notice if you'd like the spa heated. We usually keep it at about 96-98 degrees but are willing to go as high as 105 degrees. Just let us know your preference.

The pool takes quite some time to heat all the way and a large amount of gas. We request you give us at least a day's notice if you would like the entire pool heated.

Only valid if there is no booking directly before yours. Up to 5 people are able to come set up early. No guests should be in the pool during this time.

Beach Area Umbrella

This area creates a nice shady area on the beach ledge in the pool. It's a nice spot to put a water chair and hang out in while staying cool.

Red Chair Umbrella

This umbrella helps shade the sitting area with 2 lounge chairs. This is a great spot to hang out and watch the kiddos have a blast.
