This unique city property is one of the oldest homes in Soulard and the owners love to share their beautiful outdoor space. The salt water pool is well-maintained and the surrounding space is perfect for entertaining. On your way over, grab true Neapolitan pizza at Pizzeoli, amazing street tacos and margaritas from Mission or smoked sandwiches from the Shack. Music by Spotify is provided or you may bring your own. Lounge chairs for 8 poolside, seated dinning for 10 and 4 addition seat. Up to 15 guests (extra charge after 5). There are fairly steep stairs leading into and out of the backyard and a half bathroom is located off the yard down stairs to the basement. Owners work from home, but will not interrupt your time. Come and enjoy! Parking: Park on Lami by the alley and enter through the gate in the fence.
