Cool off in the private pool featuring a waterslide and waterfall, or relax in the shaded areas and lounge chairs. Guests can also enjoy two playgrounds, a basketball court, a water table, kiddie pool, and two covered outdoor areas. The space includes tables and chairs for gathering, 2 TVs, a bathroom, a covered porch, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and grill. Need a break from the sun? An air-conditioned indoor room is available for an additional $100. We also have an air-conditioned kids’ party room, perfect for celebrations. ***Parties & Special Events*** We offer 2–3 hour rentals for birthdays, family gatherings, and other small events. Our special event rate is $125/hour and accommodates up to 25 guests Be sure to check out our guesthouse video tour to see the space!
