HOT TUB: Hot tub use is not recommended for individuals with medical conditions including heart conditions, pregnancy, high blood pressure, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The property owners assume no responsibility for injuries or damages resulting from unauthorized or improper use. STRICTLY PROHIBITED: NO GLASS anywhere on property - $600 minimum charge if found (I authorize charges to my payment method on file) PROPERTY RULES: Alcohol consumption is permitted for guests 21 years of age or older. Guests acknowledge that alcohol consumption significantly increases the risk of drowning, falls, and serious injury. Guests assume all responsibility and liability for alcohol consumption by any person on the property. Owners do not furnish, serve, monitor, or control alcohol consumption and shall have no responsibility. Dogs or other animals: ARE NOT allowed on the property unless owners are notified and approved. If approved, you’re responsible for cleaning up after your animal. Leaving waste in the yard will result in a $150 dollar clean up fee. Damage: booker is responsible for any and all damages their guest create.
