PLEASE READ THIS IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING REQUEST. This space is perfect for family gatherings, kids' birthday celebrations, friend hangouts, etc., and if the weather is cooler, you'll love that it's semi-indoors. The water is maintained between 86 and 88 degrees. This is like nothing you've ever seen! Pool is outdoors but is covered by a pergola with motorized louvers and sliding glass walls. So, when it's hot out and you want to let the sun in, we can open the louvers and/or open the doors. Need a little shade? We can close one section of the louvers to provide shade on one side of the pool deck. Even if it's raining, you can still enjoy the pool with the louvers closed! A little chilly out? No worries, with everything closed up, you are now in what feels like indoor space (but outside). At night, the space really comes to life. With lighting under the covered deck, a light in the pool and LED lights built into the pergola louvers, this pool area feels like another world!! There is a 1000 sf covered deck with seating for 8 on the couches and seating for another 8 at the dining table. (Additional seating available - see our amenities). With surround sound coming from a pair of Sonos 5 speakers, you can listen to your favorite relaxing music or really rock the place out. You will have PRIVATE access to a full master bedroom and oversized bathroom providing a place to change or freshen up. We understand that guests might be concerned about privacy. While we will be at home, our indoor living spaces are entirely separate from the pool and bathroom areas. We strictly practice a zero-engagement policy: we will not enter the pool area, look out at your group, or interrupt your time. We only interact if you text us with a question or request.
