Backyard Pool, Treehouse & Trampoline

Hi, I’m Gavin – your Swimply host in St. George! My wife and I, along with our two kids, are excited to share our family-friendly backyard with you. Whether you’re looking for a place to relax, celebrate, or let the kids burn some energy, our space is perfect for making memories. No pets allowed on premises. We offer: • A clean, private pool (not heated) • A gas grill for your BBQ needs • A trampoline w/ Safety Net and basketball hoop • A treehouse w/slide • A fire pit (wood provided) • Some floaties and water toys (feel free to bring your favorites!) *Hot Tub is not currently working (Sorry!) Pool is 4-8’ deep. Pool measured 70.3 degrees on 4/9/26. We ask that if any water floaties or toys are damaged during your stay that you replace them or reimburse the cost. Pool is in the sun until about 5pm. Is shaded after 5p by the house (great time for kids). We love creating a space where families and friends can unwind and enjoy themselves.
