Birthday party amenities available & require atleast 3 days advance notice.

We will rent our space to adults but prefer to host children's parties.

We are a conservative couple and will not put up with reckless behavior on our property.

If you're still reading...Welcome to our private backyard oasis! We're happy to share it with you! Two tables and chairs on the back patio are yours to enjoy. We've got a lovely sun shade over the bulk of the porch. The pool is approx 12 feet wide x 35 feet long. Slopes to 8.5 feet in the deep end. Bench in deep end. 4 feet in the shallow. Bench all across to the waterfall from hot tub. The heater died in 2021 icemagedon. We dont plan to replace it. The bubbles still work. SEE birthday party info under amenities

Do not jump from the raised spa into the pool. This is dangerous. Do not stand on or jump from the waterfall. Nothing in the pool that can damage the gunite. Put cigarette butts in container provided. We dont mind alcohol but if you're out of control the party is over. Please be respectful of our property and have fun! Trash can with clean bag provided. Take it with you when you go. Thank you.
