Large backyard screened in lanai with pool (3’ - 5.5’) plenty of floats, pool noodles. Basketball net on side of pool. 55” HD Samsung TV in yard. Plenty of seating area. Table that seats 6 and sectional outdoor sofa with fire table. Outside space has cushioned patio set, a 10’ basketball hoop, large bar area, Weber gas grill and Blackstone flat top available, you will have to supply your own propane, or an additional fee for usage of propane. Folding tables and chairs also available for a feee
