Indoor Restroom Access — Request Only

Need restroom access for a longer booking? We can open our guest bath for your group. This one requires a household member to be home, so it isn't available every day — please message us first to confirm your date before adding it. Access is to the guest bathroom only; the rest of our home is off limits. Please keep it tidy for the next guests. Not requesting this? No problem — just plan restroom stops accordingly, as the pool area does not include indoor access.

Commercial Photo & Video Use

Shooting a brand campaign, client work, or paid content? Our pool, deck, and lounge areas are yours. Your booked time must cover load-in and load-out, not just shooting time — please build setup and teardown into your reservation. Handheld gear, tripods, and portable lighting are welcome. No modifications to the space: nothing mounted, drilled, taped to surfaces, or moved without asking. Please return furniture and seating to where you found it. Personal content — you shooting your own photos or social with no crew — doesn't require this add-on. This applies to shoots where a client, brand, or paid crew is involved. Larger productions welcome, just message us first so we can talk through crew size and timing. Max 15 Guests.
