Welcome & enjoy our refreshing saltwater pool with a chlorine system, surrounded by beautifully manicured grass and plenty of space to lounge, sunbathe and relax. Pool floaties and toys are available, although the space is primarily suited to adults looking for a peaceful tanning and relaxation experience. Important House Rules: * 🚭 **Strict no-smoking policy** — no cigarettes, vaping or shisha/hookah. * 🔇 **Strictly no music** — this is a quiet, relaxing space. * 🎉 **No parties or events.** * 📹 Security cameras are installed for safety and may be covered for privacy upon request, but where children are concerned cameras will not be covered. * Strictly no men. Unfortunately if these rules are broken simply will charge you a fee. Bathroom & Amenities Guests have access to a bathroom, as well as kitchen facilities. Please note that there is no working shower available on the property, the bathroom is available for toilet and basic bathroom use only. A swing set and a small selection of pool toys are available, but the space is primarily marketed as a ladies-only tanning and relaxation retreat rather than a children's play area. As stated previously cameras will be on if children are present for their safety. Whether you’re looking to catch some sun, float in the pool, relax with the girls or simply enjoy a peaceful private setting, this is the perfect place to slow down and unwind.
