Refundable Cleaning Deposit (Required for groups larger than 10)

A refundable cleaning deposit is required for groups over 10. The deposit is returned when the space is left clean, free of debris, and in the same general condition it was found. Excessive trash, food or debris in the pool, staining, or failure to clean up will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the deposit. Please allow enough time at the end of your reservation for cleanup.
