The home is set up perfect for work events, birthday parties, weddings, etc. Directions for using the "paid for" amenities: - Gas fire pit on patio: use the valve key on the exterior of fireplace, do a quarter turn, use a lighter to ignite the fire ring - Gas grill: propane is always on: simply depress the left knob and turn to ignite burner - Firepots by pool: Not allowed to be used/rented - Wood burning firepit: bring wood
