Whether you are planning a birthday, an evening swim, a small celebration, or simply a relaxing escape, our private indoor pool offers a beautiful year-round setting to enjoy. To help us keep the space comfortable, safe, and enjoyable for every guest, we ask that you please review the following before booking: Indoor Pool Environment This is a true indoor pool setting, with climate and humidity conditions unique to natatorium spaces. Because of this, the space does not have air conditioning during the summer months. Pool Guidelines We kindly ask that all guests help us care for the space by following a few important house rules: • No glass of any kind is permitted in the pool area, including glass bottles, glassware, or containers • Please use the restroom facilities before entering the pool • Guests must use restroom facilities as needed; urinating in the pool is strictly prohibited • Children who are not fully toilet trained must wear appropriate swim diapers • No excessively loud music or disruptive behavior • No roughhousing, unsafe conduct, or reckless play in or around the pool • Please respect the property, amenities, and surrounding community at all times • All guests on the property count toward the total guest count, whether swimming or not Bathroom Use Our bathrooms operate on a paper-free system. Please do not place anything in the toilets, including toilet paper, wipes, or “flushable” wipes. Any clog requiring service may result in a plumbing fee of up to $1,000. Safety + Courtesy We love hosting celebrations, but this is also a private property in a family community. Any behavior that creates a safety concern or results in a police complaint may lead to immediate dismissal from the property without refund.
