Outdoor Floor Length Fan Rentals

We know sometimes it gets extremely hot outside and therefore you can rent (2) powerful large floor length fans for your event. The fans can be placed wherever requested

Mansion main floor rental

If you are interested in also booking the mansion shown in the video main floor so your guests can have access to 3 residence restrooms, full kitchen and a bedroom then you can add it on to your booking. Without this add on, guests are only allowed to utilize the backyard of the property only. No guest will be allowed inside the mansion without this add-on. You can book the mansion at $750 per hour OR a flat fee of $3,000. Please send a message prior to booking this add on so you do not incur additional fees through Swimply

Parking Fee

If your booking is for 10 or more Guests you will need to pay for parking at the church which is behind the property. Our facility can only hold 5 vehicles, anything more than that will require the church parking lot which must be paid and booked in Advance. The church will tow your vehicles if parked without authorization!

Tent Rental

Enjoy a screened in privacy tent for your group. Each tent can hold up to 4 individuals comfortably and comes equipped with either an air mattress or a table and 4 air chairs or a table with comfy/cozy blanket or carpet. Cost shown is per tent

Tent Romantic/Celebratory Decoration

We can design the outdoor tents for a romantic or celebratory occasion. This includes balloons, table, air chairs, ice bucket with wine and champagne glasses, flowers and signs (Happy Birthday; Congratulations etc)
