Unlike typical backyard setups, this is a complete cooking space designed for real use—perfect for grilling, preparing meals, and hosting comfortably. This is a private, well-maintained environment intended for small groups and relaxed gatherings. We focus on providing a clean, comfortable, and easy experience so you can simply show up and enjoy the space. _________________________________________________________ **Cooking, Grills & Outdoor Kitchen Use** Guests may not bring their own grill, fryer, smoker, hot plate, propane appliance, charcoal grill, or other cooking appliance onto the property. If your group plans to cook, grill, prep, serve, or set out food on-site, you must select the **Outdoor Kitchen add-on**. All groups of 12 or more are required to select the **Outdoor Kitchen add-on**. Standard pool/spa access includes entry through the side gate, use of the pool and spa, and the seating area behind the pool. The outdoor kitchen patio, appliances, grill, burners, bar/countertops, prep spaces, cabinetry, sink, dining areas, and related surfaces are restricted to reservations that include the **Outdoor Kitchen add-on**. Use of restricted outdoor kitchen areas without the add-on may result in additional charges.
