Hot tub will be set to 101 degrees. Please let us know if you prefer it set less hot, or prefer not to heat the hot tub.

Traeger (pellet grill)

We don’t have a traditional grill, but we have a Traeger, which burns wood pellets to provide indirect heat and smoke. It works well for hotdogs, hamburgers, fajitas, chicken, etc. — but does not work very well for applications that require direct heat, such as searing steaks. Select this option if you would like to use our Traeger during your booking.

Pets Swimming (surcharge)

Please select this option if your pets will be swimming. When our four-legged friends join in the fun, extra cleanup is required. This will compensate the homeowner for the extra work required to get the pool ready for our next guest. (Also, we ask that you do not allow wet animals to jump on the outdoor furniture)

Select this option to use our outdoor “smart“ TV, to log into your streaming apps* (Netflix, Apple TV, Prime Video, Disney+, etc.).
