It offers a lot of privacy in a beautiful, peaceful, rural setting, while just being 5 minutes to Pendleton, 10 minutes to Anderson, and 15 minutes to Clemson. Guests have access to the home and outdoor amenities, minus the bedrooms.

A cleaning fee must be added on for each booking, since we have to have the home thoroughly cleaned before and after each booking. Please note there are a variety of homes on our street, from mobile homes to two story homes. This is common for Lake Hartwell. We love all our neighbors, and they are so sweet and expect our guests to be respectful of them! Our neighbor across the street has a farm stand with eggs, jams, and produce on weekends!
The only bedroom guests do have access to is the kids’ room for skeeball and toys. Guests cannot use/sit on the kids’ beds.
