As a nurse and on-site host, I take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming space where families and friends can enjoy time together. Perfect for birthdays, family swim days, graduations, bridal showers, and laid-back celebrations. 🌊 POOL + PLAY Large sparkling pool with waterfall feature, jumping rock, and pool toys. Spacious fenced yard with shade from a large oak tree—great for games, picnics, or relaxing. ♨️ SUPER SPA 15-person spa ideal for relaxing and connecting. Heating available as an add-on. Children must wear swim diapers if not potty trained, and non-swimmers should use floatation devices. 🍔 PREMIER OUTDOOR KITCHEN & PATIO The Retreat's enormous covered patio is designed for relaxing and entertaining year-round, featuring a 10-person outdoor sectional, a 16-person dining table, ceiling fans, built-in speakers (host controlled), and a resort-style atmosphere. The outdoor kitchen includes a large built-in grill, sink (clear liquids only), and built-in ice chest (bring your own ice). No crawfish boils, deep frying, or high-grease cooking permitted. ☀️ LOUNGE & RELAX Outdoor seating under ceiling fans with built-in speakers (host controlled) and a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere. 🚿 COMFORT & AMENITIES Private and roomy air-conditioned restroom and shower with basic supplies. Septic system in use—please only flush provided toilet paper. 🍹 DRINKS POLICY Alcohol allowed for guests 21+.
