Outside Vendor Coordination

If you are planning an event that would be suited for outside vendors I can provide coordination with several local vendors. Kenzie's Cart- provides customizable food chart including charcuterie, cupcake, and ice cream set up fully customizable to your preferences. Bouncehouse/Waterslide rental Alleys' Event Services- DJ, Decor & Event Planning Sweet Shelia's Funnel Cake Food Truck- they can customize the deep fried offerings for guests Fun Coast Bartending- Award Winning Mobile Bartending Service Mer-Made-Hand Painted Custom Signs I will provide contact information for local vendors that can make your event memorable. It is the responsibility of the guest to make payment to the outside vendor. I will coordinate set up with the ventor so that your event is seemless and you can enjoy it rather than worry about coming early or staying late.

Toddler Fun!

Upon request a sand bucket with construction trucks can be made availalbe for little ones. Also bubble supples and sidewalk chalk. A soccer net and ball can be set up in the grassy area outside of the Pool enclosure. Please monitor childrens' behaviors so that damage to the screen enclosure doesn't occur. A small fee is requested so that bubbles and sidewalk chalk can be replaced for future guests. The guest booking the site would be required to repair or replace any screens in the pool enclosure damaged during the event.

Poolside Movie

The pool deck includes a project screen and when requested a projector and speakers can be provided and set up on the pool deck. Please note that the projector and speakers cannot get wet so guests must be careful about splashing as it could damage the equiment and the guest reserving the location would be expected to repair/replace the equipment. Also use of this equipment may require interaction with the home owner to learn how to set up and us the equipment. This equipment is enabled for Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime, as well as any DVD you would like to bring with you.

Inflatable Pool Slide

Upon request an inflatable pool slide can be available for guests under 200 pounds to enjoy near the deep end preferable. The guest booking the location will be reponsible to any damage to the slide and any injuries that can occur from the use of the slide.

3 Burner Gas Grill

A 3-burner gas grill is available for guest use. Fee required to maintain gas for all guests.

Cooler- Filled with ice

Upon request a large cooler will be made avaialble with ice ready for you to add your favorite adult of family beverages.
