Towels

Towels are available for $5 per guest (rental fee). Towels must be returned at the end of your rental. Unreturned or damaged towels will incur a $20 replacement fee per towel.

Grill

Grill access is available for a $30 flat fee, which includes propane and grilling tools. For your convenience, we’ll provide foil on the grill rack—just place your food directly on top! We kindly ask that you dispose of used foil and clean up any food spills after use.

Security Deposit (Refundable)

For some bookings—like larger groups or small celebrations—guests may be asked to add a refundable $75 deposit from the Amenities list before confirming. It’s simply part of how we help keep the experience great for everyone. Deposit will be refunded if the space is left in good condition.

Warmer Pool Water

Our heated inground pool is maintained at a soothing 80 degrees. Want it warmer? Raise the pool temp to 85°F – $25 flat fee.

Plates, Cups & Cutlery Bundle

Includes disposable plates, cups, napkins, forks, and knives for up to 12 guests—with a few extras included. Ideal if you’re bringing food or rented our Grill and just want to pack light. We’ve got your setup covered so you can focus on relaxing.

Patio Propane Heater

Stay cozy on cooler days with our propane patio heater, set up and ready to use. Propane is included, and if it runs out during your booking, just let us know and we’ll refill it.
